Do you pick me up from my door?
Yes providing that your pick up is in our designated zones. Please check with our
Operators for assistance with zoned areas.
What constitutes a family rate?
2 adults and 2 children
What age is your children’s rate?
3 years to 13 years inclusive. Children under 3 years, if they are nursed they travel
for free.
Do we have to book?
Yes. We appreciate 48 hours notice when booking for transfers to the airport. The
Drivers’ manifests are compiled the day prior and adequate notice enables more efficiency.
If you have a late booking do not hesitate to ring as we will try to accommodate
you with an existing run. Theme park and attraction transfer bookings can be made

Can I take my Surfboard?
Yes, provided it is 6'or less. As most of our airport transfers are in a mini coach
with a trailer we can carry up to 6’ (1830mm).
How much does it cost?
We have the prices posted on our site for all the different suburbs and also we
have different rates, Adult, Child, Student/Senior and Family. Check the website

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Batercard.
Where do you carry our luggage?
If you are travelling on our mini coaches (12 seaters and 21 seaters) there will
be a trailer. The maxi coaches (50 seaters) have luggage bins. If travelling in
a Tarago 7 seater, luggage will be stored in the boot. Excess luggage does incur
a fee.
Where will you pick me up at the Airport?
Brisbane Airport Arrival Information.
Brisbane airport runs on an hourly timetable, therefore guests travelling inbound
will be met at the luggage carousel. The driver will be displaying your name on a
welcome meeting board.
Qantas Terminal: 5 Minutes past the hour
JetStar Terminal: 10 Minutes past the hour
Virgin Terminal: 15 Minutes past the hour
International: 30 Minutes past the hour
Gold Coast Airport
Con-x-ion will meet each flight at the Gold Coast Airport. Jetstar and Virgin Blue
passengers are met by the luggage carousel. Tiger Airways are to proceed over to
the Virgin terminal for pick up. International passengers are met directly outside
the custom exit doors.
The driver will be wearing a distinctive blue shirt with the company logo displayed.
The driver will also be displaying a welcome meeting board with the passengers name
on it. It is essential you make contact with the driver.
Sunshine Coast Airport Arrival Information.
Guests travelling inbound to Sunshine Coast Airport will be met on flight arrival
at the luggage carousel. The driver will be displaying your name on a
welcome meeting board. Please allow a small amount of waiting time as the driver
may be meeting another flight.
You are requested to be waiting 10 mins prior to pick up time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will only be made subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation in excess of 24 hours, refunded 100% of charges payable.
- Cancellation under 24 hours, with more than 12 hours notice given incurs 50% penalty.
- Cancellation less than 12 hours will incur a NIL refund.
- Credit Card refunds once processed will incur a processing fee.
Terms and Conditions
How many other people are on the coach?
It can vary. The service is a shuttle to the airports and as such we will be picking
up other passengers along the way. We run many services up and back from the airports
every day. If you prefer you can charter the coach and the price would be on application.
Do you have baby capsules?
No, we do not require baby capsules, however on charter bookings, they are available
upon request.
Do all your coaches have seatbelts?
No. Some of the coaches are equipped with seatbelts and some are not.
Why do you want our flight details?
Flight details (including which airline, arrival time/departure time, return dates
and times) assist us in prompt pick up times.
Why do the Drivers ask for our details when we have already given the return details
with the booking?
It is a policy of the Company and a cross check to reduce the risks of error.
